Double Flanged Butterfly Valves Details
A reliable pipeline connection starts with choosing the right valve construction. We manufacture and supply Double Flanged Butterfly Valves in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for industrial water pipeline requirements. Our specified model is a 100 mm / 4 inch valve with a Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel CF8M disc, EPDM seat and SS 410 shaft. It comes with a Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator for automatic pneumatic operation.
The valve has flanges on both sides of the body, allowing it to connect with matching pipe flanges using bolts. This arrangement gives the pipeline a fixed connection and makes the valve suitable for systems where a double flanged end connection is required. The specified model has a PN16 pressure rating, ANSI B16.5 flange standard and BS 5155 design standard.
Construction and Material Details
Each major valve component has a defined role. The Cast Iron body forms the main structure, while the CF8M Stainless Steel disc rotates inside the pipeline to control water flow. The shaft is made from SS 410, and EPDM is used for the seat and seal.

Pneumatic Operation for Automatic Flow Control
This Double Flanged Butterfly Valve uses a Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator for automatic operation. The actuator moves the butterfly disc through pneumatic power. A Solenoid Valve and Limit / Proximity Switch Box are provided as part of the specified accessory arrangement.
As the disc rotates inside the valve body, it changes the flow passage. This allows the valve to open or close the water line according to the operating requirement.
